2026 年 1 月 20 日,Orang Tua Group (OT集团) × PT Yonyou Network Indonesia(用友印尼)YonBIP 项目启动会在 Orang Tua Group 雅加达总部顺利举行。


本次启动会由 Orang Tua Group 与用友印尼项目团队共同出席,集团管理层与项目核心成员齐聚一堂,围绕集团级数智化建设目标、项目实施路径及阶段性规划展开深入交流,标志着 Orang Tua Group 正式开启新一代业财一体化与数智化升级进程。


Orang Tua Group 方面,首席执行官 Mr Chu Shen 和 Mr Chu Chiang、首席运营官 Mr Adi Winata、首席财务官 Mrs Ratnasari SE 等集团核心管理层出席会议,集团核心决策层代表亦到场参与;用友方面,用友网络副总裁、用友海外区总经理郭葆春博士,用友印尼总经理徐华、副总经理赵兴才及项目团队代表共同参会,现场齐聚近百人见证项目正式启动。


On January 20, 2026, the Orang Tua Group (OT Group) × PT Yonyou Network Indonesia YonBIP Project Kick-off Meeting was successfully held at Orang Tua Group’s headquarters in Jakarta.


The kick-off meeting brought together the project teams from both Orang Tua Group and Yonyou Indonesia, with senior management and core project members gathering on site to engage in in-depth discussions on the group-level digital and intelligent transformation vision, implementation roadmap, and phased project planning. The meeting marked Orang Tua Group’s official launch of a new-generation, group-wide finance–business integration and digital transformation initiative.


Representing Orang Tua Group, Mr. Chu Shen and Mr. Chu Chiang, Chief Executive Officers, Mr. Adi Winata, Chief Operating Officer, and Mrs. Ratnasari SE, Chief Financial Officer, attended the meeting. Key shareholders and representatives from the group’s core decision-making leadership were also present, underscoring the strategic importance attached to the project. From Yonyou, participants included Dr. Bowen Guo, Vice President of Yonyou Network and General Manager of Yonyou Overseas Business Unit, Mr. Bruce Xu, General Manager of PT Yonyou Network Indonesia, Mr. Charles Zhao, Vice General Manager of PT Yonyou Network Indonesia, along with members of the project team. Nearly one hundred attendees were present on site to witness the official kick-off of the project.

启动会上,双方高层代表围绕集团数智化战略与项目建设目标发表致辞,为项目实施明确方向、统一共识。


OT 集团方面,首席运营官 Mr. Adi Winata在致辞中表示,随着集团业务规模持续扩大与组织结构日益复杂,构建统一、稳定、可持续演进的集团级管理平台已成为关键基础工程。本次 YonBIP 项目不仅是一次系统升级,更是集团管理模式与运营能力的重要跃迁。


随后,首席财务官 Ms. Ratnasari SE从集团财务管理与风险管控视角出发,重点强调了业财一体化对提升经营透明度、强化集团管控能力的重要意义,并对项目在支撑精细化管理与科学决策方面寄予明确期望。


用友方面,用友网络副总裁、用友海外区总经理郭葆春博士在发言中表示,OT 集团作为印尼本土领先的消费品制造集团,其业务规模与管理复杂度对企业级平台提出了更高要求。用友将依托 YonBIP 在集团化管理、流程协同与数据治理方面的成熟能力,助力 OT 集团构建面向未来的数智化运营体系。


用友印尼总经理徐华先生则进一步强调,用友印尼将以本地化实施与长期服务为核心,组建专项团队,保障项目高质量推进与系统稳定运行,与 OT 集团共同打造可持续、可复制的集团级数智化实践。


用友印尼项目经理龚丽琴女士对 BIP 项目的整体规划、实施思路与关键里程碑进行了系统解读。她重点介绍了项目将围绕集团多组织、多业务场景,逐步推进财务、供应链及核心管理流程的统一建模与数据贯通,通过分阶段实施与稳步推广,确保系统既能支撑当前运营,又具备持续演进与扩展能力。


以此次启动会为起点,Orang Tua Group 与用友印尼将在清晰的目标共识与治理机制下,协同推进项目实施与落地应用。


At the project kick-off meeting, senior executives from both parties delivered keynote speeches centered on the Group’s digital-intelligence strategy and the overall project objectives, establishing a clear direction and shared alignment for implementation.


Representing Orang Tua Group,Mr. Adi Winata, Chief Operating Officer, noted in his address that as the Group continues to scale and its organizational structure becomes increasingly complex, building a unified, stable, and continuously evolving group-level management platform has become a critical foundational initiative. The YonBIP project, he emphasized, is not merely a system upgrade, but a significant leap in the Group’s management model and operational capabilities.


Subsequently,Ms. Ratnasari SE, Chief Financial Officer of Orang Tua Group, spoke from the perspectives of financial management and risk control. She highlighted the strategic importance of business–finance integration in enhancing operational transparency and strengthening group-level governance, and expressed clear expectations for the project’s role in supporting refined management and data-driven decision-making.


From Yonyou’s side,Dr. Bowen Guo, Vice President of Yonyou Network and General Manager of Yonyou Overseas Business Unit, stated that as one of Indonesia’s leading local consumer goods manufacturing groups, Orang Tua Group’s scale and management complexity place higher demands on enterprise-level platforms. Leveraging YonBIP’s proven capabilities in group management, process collaboration, and data governance, Yonyou will support OT Group in building a future-oriented digital-intelligence operating framework.


Mr. Bruce Xu, General Manager of PT Yonyou Network Indonesia, further emphasized that Yonyou Indonesia will take localized implementation and long-term service as its core focus. A dedicated project team will be established to ensure high-quality delivery and stable system operations, working closely with Orang Tua Group to create a sustainable and replicable group-level digital transformation benchmark.


In addition,Ms. Havery Gong, Project Manager atPT Yonyou Network Indonesia, provided a comprehensive overview of the YonBIP project blueprint, implementation approach, and key milestones. She explained that the project will address multi-organization and multi-business scenarios across the Group, progressively enabling unified modeling and data integration across finance, supply chain, and core management processes. Through phased implementation and steady rollout, the system is designed to support current operations while maintaining strong scalability and long-term evolution capabilities.


Taking this kick-off meeting as a starting point, Orang Tua Group and PT Yonyou Network Indonesia will move forward in close collaboration, guided by clear strategic alignment and governance mechanisms, to drive effective project execution and successful on-the-ground adoption.
